I would eliminate the paragraph and associate risk of cencer column in table 5.2. Reporting the data would these way would induce, i think, an improper use of effective dose for colletive imaging cancer risk assessment.

I''d change the headings to from "cancer incidence (cases per 100) per Sv effective dose" to "cancer incidence (cases per 1000) per 100 mSv"
or "per mSv"
Althoguh the results would be less corect from a Physics point of view it would be more coherent with the concept of E reduce accuracy above 100 mSv
